 Shipping & Delivery

Every piece is printed and shipped fresh once you order — we don't keep pre-made stock sitting in a warehouse. That means a short production window before your order ships:

  • Production time: 2–5 business days (this is when your item is actually being printed)
  • Shipping time (US): 3–7 business days after production
  • Shipping time (International): 10–30 business days after production, depending on destination

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

 Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is made specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind — check our size guide before ordering if you're unsure.

That said: if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we'll fix it — no questions asked. Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Sizing

Sizing can vary slightly across styles. Check the size guide on each product page before you order — when in doubt, size up.

 Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify's secure checkout. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
